Refund policy
At Inventory, we offer a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to make returns. To accept the return, the product must be in the same condition it was received, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Process:

Returns: To proceed with your return, please contact us at hello@inventoryobjects.com, indicating your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and the shipping address.

Refunds: Once we receive and approve the returned product, we will process the refund automatically to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 2-5 business days to be processed, but your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Shipping Costs: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Conditions for Accepting the Return:

The product must be new, unused, and with all tags intact.

Damaged, soiled, or altered products will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The product should be tried on in the same way you would in a physical store without causing any damage. If the product is used in any other way, it will be considered used, and you will lose your right to a return partially or completely.
